Alumni/Recruitment/Engagement

I have served as a manager for The Tiger since I joined August of 2023. Originally as Alumni Manager, I kept track of all Alumni of the paper and arranged workshops

I later moved to Recruitment Manger, managing an office of 100+ individuals. I run two large recruitment efforts each year, gaining attention from crowds of 500+.

Now, I serve as Recruitment/Engagement Manager, writing occasionally when needed. My main forces go to keeping up recruitment and retention. I run the back end technical side of the operation. I continue my engagement forces by implements important work life balances into the workplace - even planning and hosting event for the entire staff at local venues - working with local vendors and co-organizations.
